Learning outcomes: Knowledge 1. the ability to demonstrate basic knowledge relating to the current state of the environment of international relations (legal, economic, information). 2. ability to demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of scientific principles and research methodologies in the field of international relations, public communications and regional studies. Skills 1. Ability to search for information from various sources to solve problems of the specialty 2. Work effectively both individually and as a team; 3. Ability to evaluate the obtained results and defend the decisions made with arguments.

Summary of the subject: The educational discipline "Fundamentals of Occupational Safety and Life Safety" combines a system of general knowledge and skills in occupational safety (OS) and life safety (BZD). The basic concepts of occupational safety, legislation and normative legal acts on OS, components and conditions of operation of the system are considered management of labor protection at enterprises, as well as ways, methods and methods of ensuring regulatory conditions of the industrial environment and labor safety at workplaces in accordance with laws and other normative legal acts on labor protection, operating both in Ukraine and at the level of the international community. The concepts of possible risks, natural threats, the nature of their manifestations and effects on people, animals, plants, economic objects, man-made hazards and their consequences are considered from BZD; socio-political dangers, their types and features, social and psychological risk factors. The description of the discipline includes general issues of occupational safety at enterprises and institutions.

Safety equipment 8. Psychophysiological activity. Factors of reducing the working capacity of a person 9. Organization of the workplace as a guarantee of preserving the health of employees and productive work 10. Labor safety management and requirements for BZD according to international standards 11. Categorical and conceptual apparatus for life safety, taxonomy of hazards 12. Socio-political dangers, their types and features. Social and psychological risk factors 13. Man-made hazards and their consequences 14. Fire safety as one of the aspects of people's daily life 15. Natural threats, nature of their manifestations and effects on people, animals, plants, economic objects
Assessment methods and criteria: Lectures, practical classes - information-receptive method, reproductive method, heuristic method; laboratory classes - research method. Independent work - reproductive method, research method.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: 1. Calculation and graphic work (maximum 10 grades), of which: – structure of the work (Tasks, content, list of used literature and sources (at least 5), conclusions) (1 grade); - the quality of sources of information, the content of the work and conclusions (maximum 1 grade for each theoretical question); – solved problems with relevant explanations, comments and conclusions (maximum 5 grades for each problem); - correctly executed graphic part (3 points). 2. Laboratory works (maximum 5 points), of which: – the generated report (work structure, calculations and calculations, conclusion) (maximum 1.5 points); - theoretical material (testing at the State Security Service) (maximum 3.5 points); 3. Practical works (maximum 5 grades): – generated report: work structure, (maximum 1.5 grades) calculations and calculations, conclusion (maximum 3.5 grades).
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points - certified with an “excellent” grade - High level: the student demonstrates an in-depth mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, systematic knowledge, skills and abilities of their practical application. The mastered knowledge, skills and abilities provide the ability to independently formulate goals and organize learning activities, search and find solutions in non-standard, atypical educational and professional situations. The applicant demonstrates the ability to make generalizations based on critical analysis of factual material, ideas, theories and concepts, to formulate conclusions based on them. His/her activity is based on interest and motivation for self-development, continuous professional development, independent research activities, implemented with the support and guidance of the teacher. 87-71 points - certified with a grade of “good” - Sufficient level: involves mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at an advanced level, conscious use of knowledge, skills and abilities to reveal the essence of the issue. Possession of a partially structured set of knowledge provides the ability to apply it in familiar educational and professional situations. Aware of the specifics of tasks and learning situations, the student demonstrates the ability to search for and choose their solution according to the given sample, to argue for the use of a particular method of solving the problem. Their activities are based on interest and motivation for self-development and continuous professional development. 70-50 points - certified with a grade of “satisfactory” - Satisfactory level: outlines the mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline at the average level, partial awareness of educational and professional tasks, problems and situations, knowledge of ways to solve typical problems and tasks. The applicant demonstrates an average level of skills and abilities to apply knowledge in practice, and solving problems requires assistance, support from a model. The basis of learning activities is situational and heuristic, dominated by motives of duty, unconscious use of opportunities for self-development. 49-00 points - certified with a grade of “unsatisfactory” - Unsatisfactory level: indicates an elementary mastery of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline, a general understanding of the content of the educational material, partial use of knowledge, skills and abilities. The basis of learning activities is situational and pragmatic interest.
