Characteristics of the educational program: The program aims to form a high level of legal awareness and develop professional competencies in jurisprudence, which is necessary for professional activity.
Development of practical abilities and skills to solve problems of a research and innovation nature in law.
Програмні результати навчання: 1. Assess the nature and character of social processes and phenomena and demonstrate an understanding of the boundaries and mechanisms of their legal regulation.
2. Correlate the modern system of civilizational values with legal values, principles, and professional ethical standards.
3. Collect, integrate analysis, and generalize materials from various sources, including scientific and professional literature, databases, digital, statistical, test, and others, and check them for reliability using modern research methods.
4. Present your research on a legal topic, using primary sources and methods of legal interpretation of complex problems arising from this research, and argue conclusions.
5. Discuss complex legal problems and propose and justify options for their solution.
6. Assess the reliability of information and sources, effectively process and use information for scientific research and practical activities.
7. Generate new ideas and use modern technologies in the provision of legal services.
8. Analyze the interaction of international law and international legal systems with the legal system of Ukraine based on awareness of the leading modern legal doctrines, values, and principles of the functioning of law.
9. Use advanced knowledge and methods in lawmaking and law enforcement of public and private law and criminal justice institutions.
10. Conduct a comparative legal analysis of individual legal institutions of different legal systems, taking into account the relationship of the legal system of Ukraine with the legal systems of the Council of Europe and the European Union.
11. Analyze and evaluate the practice of applying to individual legal institutions.
12. Substantiate the legal position at different stages of law enforcement.
13. Have practical skills in solving problems related to implementing procedural functions of law enforcement entities.
14. Take a productive part in developing draft regulatory legal acts, justify the social conditionality of their adoption, and predict their impact on relevant social relations.
15. Integrate the necessary knowledge and solve complex law enforcement tasks in various areas of professional activity.
Academic mobility: Possibility of participation in academic mobility programs in the process of learning, subject to the conclusion of an agreement between University and student with subsequent re-enrollment learning outcomes
Work placement(s): Acquisition of practical skills during professional practice at enterprises, organizations, judicial and law enforcement agencies bodies, and other authorities.
