Make effective design and technical decisions, taking into account the specifics of the construction object, aspects of social and ethical responsibility, technical and economic justification, determination of the optimal mode of its operation, and implementation of resource and energy conservation measures.
RN03. Conduct technical expertise of construction and civil engineering projects (according to specialization), controlling the compliance of projects and technical documentation with design tasks, technical conditions, and other applicable regulatory and legal documents in the field of architecture and construction.
RN04. Ensure quality in the implementation of construction and civil engineering projects.
RN05. Communicate fluently in the official language, both orally and in writing, to discuss professional issues and results of activities in the field of architecture and construction.
RN06. Apply modern mathematical methods for analyzing statistical data, calculating and optimizing the parameters of design and technological processes for the construction of buildings and structures.

RN13. Operate data on engineering systems in the context of a BIM model of a structure in order to manage the processes of construction, operation, and maintenance of engineering networks.
RN14. Select and design composites and structures for startups using recycled materials.
