Abstract: Digital transformation acts as a driver of development in the construction industry, ensuring the transition to the Industry 4.0 paradigm. A central element of this transition is the implementation of information modeling technologies and the creation of a unified digital data environment. According to the international standard ISO 19650, a CDE is not merely a software product but a methodology that ensures the use of up-to-date information, minimizing collisions and data loss. However, the effectiveness of digitalization depends not only on technological solutions but also on the quality of change management. To diagnose these processes, Kotter’s Change Management Model and Davis’s Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) are applied, enabling the identification of sources of organizational resistance. The object of the study is the management processes of production and commercial activities at Shlyahovyk-T LLC. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological, and applied aspects of improving enterprise performance through the transfer of digital technologies. The purpose of the study is the theoretical justification and development of project solutions for reengineering business processes based on the implementation of integrated digital systems to enhance operational efficiency. A comprehensive diagnostics of Shlyahovyk-T LLC was carried out, revealing aging fixed assets and a decline in inventory turnover. It was established that the primary causes include managerial shortcomings, fragmented processes, and the absence of a unified information system. Diagnostics using Kotter’s model and TAM identified a high level of organizational resistance caused by insufficient systematic training and weak communication of changes. Based on a GAP analysis, a project for implementing the Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM/CDE) platform was developed. The implementation of this project is expected to increase inventory turnover and improve operational profitability. Keywords: digitalization, BIM technologies, CDE, technology transfer, change management, operational efficiency, road construction.
