Abstract: To ensure the effective operation of an enterprise, the resource management process must be purposeful and systematic. The main goal of this process is to identify and meet the needs for certain types of assets to support the production process, as well as optimize their structure in order to increase the efficiency of economic activity. The above emphasizes the relevance of the chosen research topic [1, 2]. An analysis of scientific and applied research devoted to the management of company resources demonstrates the evolution of theoretical and practical approaches to management in conditions of deep economic transformations. These changes are due to the impact of global crises, the COVID-19 pandemic, armed conflict and gradual integration into European standards. Key areas of research cover issues of ensuring the effective use of resources in situations of instability, digital transformation of management processes and improvement of financial strategies. A significant part of the works of Ukrainian researchers focuses on the adaptation of business to macroeconomic challenges that directly affect approaches to resource management The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical and applied aspects of enterprise resource management and determine the directions of optimizing their use. The object of the study is the resource management process of RODORS LLC. The subject of the study is the theoretical and applied aspects of enterprise resource management and optimizing their use. The theoretical part of the work considers key areas and authors who have made a significant contribution to the development of resource management theory. Modern approaches are undergoing significant changes under the influence of digital technologies [2, 4]. The main topics of scientific and economic literature focus on effective resource management in conditions of instability, digitalization of processes and improvement of strategies [3, 5]. The theory of enterprise resource management covers various aspects aimed at maximizing value and their rational use to achieve strategic goals [6, 7]. The calculation and analytical part of the work provides general information about the activities of "RODORS" LLC, an assessment of the composition and structure of the company’s assets, as well as the efficiency of their use. During the period under study, the return on asset use increased, which allowed the company to receive a greater profit on invested resources compared to previous periods. At the same time, the need for resources necessary for uninterrupted operation decreased [8]. Key measures to improve the efficiency of resource management of "RODORS" LLC were identified, promising directions for the company’s development were outlined, and the feasibility of implementing projects to optimize the use of resources was substantiated. The practical value of the master’s thesis lies in the possibility of applying the proposed directions for optimizing the asset structure to increase the efficiency of the production and economic activities of "RODORS" LLC.
