Abstract: Export and import operations are an important part of the economic mechanism of any state and, consequently, are related to the exchange of goods or services between countries [1]. Export and import operations in the service sector should occupy a prominent place in the foreign economic activity of domestic economic entities [2]. Imports play a strategic role in supporting the national economy, acting not only as a means of satisfying domestic demand for scarce or insufficiently produced goods, but also as a catalyzer for industries [3] . The current situation in Ukraine requires improvement of customs policy to optimize export and import operations [4]. An effective level of currency regulation and liberalization of export and import operations should contribute to the revitalization of foreign economic activity and the growth of the domestic economy [5]. The object of research is JSC Ukreximbank – a company whose main activity is servicing export and import operations. The subject of the study is the servicing of export and import operations by JSC Ukreximbank. The purpose of this study is to improve the servicing of export and import operations by JSC Ukreximbank. In the course of the research conducted in this work, two problems were identified regarding the servicing of export -import operations by JSC Ukreximbank: 1. A narrow range of services for servicing export -import operations. 2. Insufficient level of digitalization of export -import operations servicing. 8 The paper proposes a comprehensive measure to improve the servicing of export-import operations for JSC Ukreximbank, which contains two interdependent directions for solving the identified problems: 1. Expanding the range of services for export -import operations by carrying out forfaiting operations. 2. Digital transformation of export-import operations service processes.
