Abstract: Chechykova O.V., Mashchak N.M. (supervisor). Research of Supply Chain Efficiency and Optimization of the Logistics Activities of BN-Group LLC. Master’s Qualification Thesis – Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2025. Extended abstract. Effective supply chain management has become one of the key drivers of enterprise competitiveness in the modern context of globalization and high dynamics of international markets [1]. Under the influence of digital transformation, logistics systems require continuous improvement and the implementation of advanced technologies that enhance transparency and operational efficiency of logistics processes [2]. Automation of planning, procurement, transportation, and information-processing functions constitutes the foundation for increasing the efficiency of companies operating in the field of freight transportation [3]. At the same time, the improvement of logistics operations is possible only when analytical assessment methods are integrated, as they support sound managerial decision-making and help optimize supply chain costs [4]. The development of logistics in Ukraine under wartime conditions imposes additional requirements for flexibility, reliability, and resilience of supply chains, which underscores the relevance of studying approaches to optimizing enterprise logistics activities [5]. Object of the research – the freight logistics company BN-Group LLC. Subject of the research – the logistics activities of BN-Group LLC and the approaches to their improvement through enhancing the efficiency of operational processes, optimizing supply chain performance, and implementing the SCOR model for evaluating and improving logistics indicators. Goal of the research: to generalize the theoretical and applied foundations of improving the logistics activities of the enterprise, to analyze the financial, operational, and logistics performance of BN-Group LLC, and to develop practical recommendations for optimizing logistics processes. The research findings. A comprehensive analysis of the financial and operational performance of LLC BN-Group was conducted, which revealed critical logistics costs, a high level of accounts receivable, and deficiencies in carrier service reliability. The study found that the financial condition of the company in 2022-2024 is characterized by low liquidity and a significant dependence on creditors. In 2024, accounts receivable accounted for 69% of total assets, while accounts payable constituted 98.9% of total liabilities. Although the company remained unprofitable, the return on assets demonstrated a positive trend – from -9.949% in 2022 to -0.362% in 2024. An optimization of the transportation route used by LLC BN-Group was carried out, reducing the total route length from 382 km to 377 km and decreasing transportation costs. A set of measures aimed at improving logistics performance was proposed, including automation of planning processes, development of KPI systems for carriers, implementation of GPS-monitoring, optimization of accounts receivable management, and the use of digital tools for order tracking. The implementation of these measures will reduce logistics costs, enhance service quality, and strengthen the financial stability of LLC BN-Group. To deepen the evaluation of the logistics component of financial performance, the SCOR model was applied. Based on calculated indicators aligned with the financial analysis, it was established that the share of logistics and administrative costs (SCM Cost) reaches 102.52% of net revenue (UAH 25.63 million in expenses vs 25.0 million in revenue), which directly determines the company’s unprofitability. The efficiency of logistics processes was assessed using key indicators: planning accuracy (DFA = 93.75%), carrier service level (CSL = 94%), perfect order fulfillment (POF = 75%), order fulfillment cycle time (OFCT = 127.3% of the benchmark), and days sales outstanding (DSO = 251.85 days). These results confirm significant operational imbalances that directly translate into financial difficulties: excessive logistics costs, slow cash turnover, insufficient service quality, and levels of risk indicators exceeding industry benchmarks. Keywords: logistics activities, supply chains, freight transportation, route optimization, SCOR model, freight-forwarding operations. References: 1. Marynenko N., Kutko T.
