Abstract: freight forwarding companies in ensuring the efficiency of global supply chains necessitate the use of foreign economic activity management technologies to optimize business processes and achieve better performance [1]. Especially in the context of global geopolitical challenges, effective foreign economic activity management becomes particularly important in the context of maintaining competitiveness and ensuring sustainable development of the company. Modern technologies for managing foreign economic activity cover a wide range of tools: from digital platforms and automation of customs procedures to the implementation of international quality standards and integration with global logistics networks. Business process transformation in the field of foreign economic activity requires a comprehensive approach that combines strategic planning, operational efficiency, risk management and adaptation to a changing regulatory environment [2]. Management technologies are a set of methods, techniques and tools for the implementation of management functions and operations, which is based on scientific analysis, best practices and information flows. They ensure a rational sequence of task execution, coordination of personnel actions, decision-making and minimization of subjective influence [3]. In foreign economic activity, it is advisable to implement digital platforms and systems (ERP systems for foreign economic activity, electronic document management, blockchain solutions for international settlements), automate processes (customs clearance, currency control, logistics operations), provide high-quality analytics and reporting (BI systems, forecasting of export-import operations, risk management), compliance and regulatory technologies (compliance with international standards, sanction checks, AML systems), implement integration solutions (with banking systems, customs, logistics providers) [4, 5]. The object of the study of the master’s qualification work is Nova Poshta LLC. The subject of the study is the development of technologies for managing foreign economic activity of Nova Poshta LLC. The purpose of the master’s qualification work is to develop measures for the development of technologies for managing foreign economic activity of Nova Poshta LLC. To achieve the goal, the following tasks are required: studying the theoretical basis for interpreting the concept of "foreign economic activity management technologies", detailing the approaches used by enterprises, as well as the regulatory framework that regulates the processes of implementing innovative foreign economic activity management technologies; researching the activities of Nova Poshta LLC (general characteristics, characteristics of the management system, analysis of the production, economic and foreign economic component) and identifying problems related to the development of foreign economic activity management technologies and factors affecting it; developing measures to improve processes by implementing the latest foreign economic activity management technologies and conducting an economic feasibility study to assess the feasibility of their implementation. According to the results of the study, the following problems were identified: 1) a critically low level of automation and digital integration of key processes of international activity, which creates systemic limitations for business scaling, increases operating costs and reduces the company’s competitiveness compared to global operators; 2) lack of employees with unique competencies that combine a deep understanding of international logistics, customs procedures, regulatory environment with technical skills in information technology, software development and data analytics. These problems are key limiting factors for the development, implementation and effective use of advanced technologies for managing foreign economic activities of Nova Poshta LLC, therefore they require urgent solutions.
